Please work through the below checklist if your event is not appearing on the WSPL:
- [ ] I have checked Event settings and made sure the event is set to be part of WSPL in the Which series does this event belong to? field
- [ ] I have checked the Division settings for all the divisions that belong to WSPL, and have entered all the required WSPL information (Gender, Discipline, Location, Nation, Category) into every WSPL division in your event: (See 1:42 of this video)
- [ ] After working through the above, I have switched the Event status back and forth (e.g. Scheduled to Entry open if the event is upcoming, OR Complete to Results published if complete ****- this triggers sending the data to Wyldata) (See 4:10 of this video)
- [ ] [For results only - completed event] in the event, I have activated the custom fields for Gender and FIS Code in the Event settings (see 1:15 of this video)
- [ ] [For results only - completed event] I have checked that all athletes in the event have a value for Nationality (three letter code), Gender, DOB and if relevant FIS Code (see 2:20 of this video)
- [ ] I have waited 2 business days after completing the tasks above, before re-checking the Wyldata powered WSPL website (note, it is not instant, the data is sent to Wyldata and must be checked and approved on their end before it’ll go live). For results, WSPL is recalculated by Wyldata every Monday and Thursday (CET)
